EXISTING CUSTOMERS
Call our office for your unique log-in ID and password, and then click the Continue
button. After logging in, if your ship address is the one we normally use nothing further
needs to be done. You also have the option of using a different drop-ship address or
will-call at our warehouse.
NEW CUSTOMERS
Click the Continue button, then click the “Click here to CHECK STOCK
and/or to Place Credit Card Order” at the bottom of next page. Please edit the
Ship-To address if this order is not a will-call at our warehouse in North Hollywood.
RETURN and FREIGHT POLICY
We will accept returns of full carton quantities for any reason with 30 days from
shipment. There is a 5% restocking fee plus you are responsible for the cost of the return
shipment. You must call for a Return Authorization. All return items must be in the
original box(es) and not modified in any way.
Outgoing freight will be added at our UPS book cost, no handling charges will be added.
Unless otherwise specified all shipments will be UPS Ground.
Sales tax will be added if shipping to anywhere in California and you do not have a resale
card on file. Out-of-state shipments are not taxable.
